Self-Care

Self-care is central to so many parts of our lives:  our energy, drive, ability to perform well at work, and success in relationships.

Here are some areas we might explore regarding your self-care:

  • Sleep:  Are you getting enough?  Is it satisfying?

  • Exercise:  Are you finding time to move?

  • Nutrition:  What kind of fuel do you give your body?

  • Relationships:  Do you have people in your life who you can count on?

  • Relaxation:  Are there things that you do regularly to help you pause, breathe and reflect?

  • Self-talk:  What does that thinking voice sound like?  Is it kind or critical?

  • Productivity:  Are you able to get things done?

  • Motivation:  Do you feel pumped about doing the things that need to get done?

  • Focus:  Are you able to concentrate on one thing at a time?

You CAN get better in all of these areas. If you are interested in exploring this further, let’s connect.

You might be thinking…

“I don’t have time for self-care.”

Your attention is probably already divided between multiple areas of life (work, family, friends, hobbies) plus keeping up with cleaning, cooking and trying to get a work-out in…

Maybe you implement new self-care strategies but they never stick.

And, maybe, you’re just tired, and self-care sounds like adding more onto your plate.

I honor where you’re at.

Whatever your experience, we can start there.

I respect the steps you’ve taken to balance it all.

Change happens one little bit at a time, and we can work together to figure out what to prioritize.

When we tune in and give ourselves what we need, we may have more energy for the things that are most important to us.
